An Image Adjustment is a visual demonstration of the application of a Principle(s) on a work of art, using Adobe Photoshop. An image of a painting is duplicated, and shown with the two images side by side. We make changes to the image on the right side only, so the “adjustment” can be seen and the two images can be compared. This is a valuable tool because, unlike the process of making art, there is a way to see a before and an after.
