This is likely due to the selected quality on the video. To fix this, click on the gear icon on the bottom right of the video and then choose a higher number quality. For example, if when you open it, it is on 360, try 540 or 720. 

Please note that if you have a weak internet signal, a higher quality may slow down the video and it may have some buffering issues.
